There Simply Is No Need
How many thousands of millions of people in the world play the guitar? Is anyone else astounded by this? And sort of not impressed by it? You, Jared Mooney, gain exception, because you're an actual for reals rock star, but everyone else who just hacks away at it and then pastes pictures of them and their guitar on everything they own to advertize their "musical" abilities...I do not understand you.
Is that harsh of me?
Is that harsh of me?

Except Jared, I just realized that you likened "Down" to something Coldplay would produce, and while you might've had technical reasons for doing so, it ate my soul, so I might rethink your immunity. Except no, you're still way cooler than most people I've ever met, so take that immunity and run with it, boy.
Go ahead and ask me how many hours I left that song on repeat. I have a sickness, and I was in remission before you came sneaking in.
I agree that amateur guitar playing is slightly...irritating. About a month ago a boy from my ward was carrying a guitar around and started playing for my roommates and me...I was NOT impressed in the least and shot him down by saying, "More Than Words? BBMAK?! Umm...I think EVERYONE knows how to play that song..."
Maybe I'm just harsh too.
The only song everyone know how to play is "Time of your Life" by Greenday. I hate that song.
Hey! I like that song. And I've never heard anyone (besides Armstrong) play it.
Dang right except for me...and I know it's lame that the only pictures I have of me a from shows, but that's because I never take pictures of myself. And the only pictures anybosy else takes of me are a shows.
How many hours did you leave it on repeat? And yes, that's a fantastically beautiful song. "...wish upon a star but do you know what stars are? Balls of fire burning up the black space, falling from the landscape exploding in the face of God..." Holy crap.
Holy spelling errors...I'm writing like a 4 year old tonight.
Seven hours. Seven. And my favorite line is "but you can't change this loneliness."
